CrockPot Turkey Chili

Ok, first of all I have to say that this chili has become a staple in my diet!!!!  And my boyfriend loves it as well!  Its definitely my new favorite chili recipe!  It is seriously so good and so easy!!  I have to give credit to where I found it though (Pinterest find): HeandSheEatClean.com.  They made it a ground chicken chili, but I made it ground turkey because turkey is less expensive and I love it!! :)

Ingredients:

2 lbs Ground Lean Turkey
1 Yellow Onion, chopped
3 medium Zucchini, diced
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
1 TBSP Xylitol or Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 TBSP Chili Powder
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
3 14.5oz Cans Diced Tomatoes with juice
4 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP Spicy Brown Mustard
1 TBSP Yellow Mustard

Directions:

  1. Brown meat with onions in a large pan until no longer pink.
  2. Place meat in crock pot, add remaining ingredients, stir until combined.
  3. Place on low heat and cook for 2 hours.
Makes 7 - 2 C servings.  Macros according to recipe entered into MyFitnessPal:
